High-Efficiency, Energy-Saving Aluminum Extrusion Presses
Yuexing’s aluminum extrusion presses are widely used for producing architectural and industrial profiles, with models ranging from 780T to 7500T. Featuring advanced intelligent hydraulic drive and electrical control systems, the equipment ensures precise control over extrusion speed, pressure, and position, delivering stable, energy-efficient, and high-performance operation.
All-Servo Three-Head Puller
Yuexing’s all-servo three-head puller utilizes industrial Ethernet transmission, Siemens control systems, and a lightweight head design. It offers strong anti-interference capabilities and stable operation, effectively preventing defects such as profile deformation and vibration marks. Optional features—including aluminum scrap recovery and automatic sampling—are available to ensure efficient and clean production.
In-Line Quenching System
Yuexing’s in-line quenching system integrates five cooling methods: air cooling, water cooling, water mist cooling, spray cooling, and water-immersion cooling. With adjustable cooling intensity across different zones, the system meets the in-line quenching requirements for a wide range of aluminum alloy specifications and profile cross-sections.
Single-Operator Straightening & Cooling Bed
Yuexing’s new single-operator straightening and cooling bed features an integrated tensioning system and a modular design for independent assembly and disassembly. Paired with a highly automated single-operator straightener, it ensures stable profile movement and straightening while minimizing surface abrasions, making it suitable for diverse profile production requirements.
Smart Aluminum Extrusion Production Line
This smart aluminum extrusion line integrates advanced equipment developed by Yuexing Heavy Industry—including billet furnaces, die ovens, extrusion presses, inline quenching systems, pullers, cooling beds, straighteners, finished-product saws, and automatic rack-loading systems. Using industrial control software, the system centralizes operations and interconnects process and operational data (such as die temperature, billet temperature, extrusion speed, and pulling speed) across the entire line, resulting in higher production efficiency, faster product changeovers, and improved yield rates.
